If your budget is tight and you’re in the market for a new computer check out the New Mac Minis at a price of $680 they are KILLER machines.
Look at the specs of these things. You need to bring your own keyboard, mouse and monitor, but I assume you already have that and it’s really not a big deal at all. You can always spring for new ones later on when the budget allows.
More memory. More oomph.

Mac mini makes things happen. It can connect to any digital display right out of the box. It really is an amazing computer. And not much more than that crummy e-machine or other cheap computer you were planning on buying from your local store.
